工作原理

储煤仓中的煤通过煤闸门进入给煤机，由给煤机内部的输送计量胶带连续均匀的输送磨煤机中，在输送计晕胶带的下面装有电子称重装置，该装置主要由高精度电子皮带秤组成，称重传感器产生一个与煤的重量成比例的电信号和速度传感器检测到的皮带速度信号，同时送人积算器，经积算后得到瞬时流量和累计量。
