BLCY-H型火车采样装置是火车人厂煤、矿产品机械自动化呆制样专业设备，目前以广泛应用于冶金、化工、煤炭、港口等领域。

主要针对火车车厢装载的散装物料的样品采集，可干翻车机、轨道衡配合运行。能够连续完成采样、破碎、缩分、集样。余料可弃回原车厢。

采样深度可实现全断面采集，或按设计范围任意调整，其可靠性高，代表性强。采样工艺符合GB/T19494-2004国家标准要求
