        BP-20型皮带跑偏开关也可称为防偏开关，用于检测运输皮带运行过程中发生偏离机架中心线的故障。可有效地防止因输送带跑偏而造成的撒抖、过负载、撕裂皮带、损坏机械等事故的发生。跑偏开关可根据皮带的跑偏状况发出信号，实现自动报警和停机，防止皮带损伤和继续跑偏。皮带跑偏时，皮带推动动作臂偏转，触动微动开关动作，发出报警信号。如果继续偏离到设定的停机位置，触动另一组触点，输送机就

      会保护性停机。可广泛地用于冶金、煤炭、水泥、矿山、电力、粮食等工业领域的各种皮带运输机械中，是物料输送系统安全保护和自动化控制必不可少的检测装置。
