        ZL-1C型重锤式料位计适用于测晕敞口或密闭容器内粉料、颗粒料、块料等的料位检测，特别适合于冶金行业较大比重物料场合。它能帮助用户及时准确地掌握料槽内物料的进料和消耗情况，以及在自动控制系统中作为槽位的自动控制和管理用，是物料储运系统完全全自动无人操作的理想工具。

       该产品是我公司与宝钢共同开发研制的项科技成果。它是我公司总结了1 0多年重锤式料位计制造、应用经验、吸收了国外同类产品的优点后，在本公司原有产品基础上优化改型的新产品。它采用了微电脑技术，具有结构简单、定能稳定、安装调试方便、功能强、适应面广等优点。

使用重锤式探头，工作可靠计晕准确、锤头提升力矩大，可在进料或排料时使用。它可以应用在高粉尘、水蒸气等场合的物料料位的检测中。

具有过扭矩检测和控制功能，能够有效地保护电机，并使钢丝绳在埋锤时玎不会被拉断，过扭矩消失后能自动恢复到测定状态。

具有自动测定、遥控测定、禁止测定等功能。可根据用户控制需要选用，还可适合车载式使用场合。

有6个可任意设定的高、低位报警点及2个自动生成的异常高、低报警输出，可与各种系统自动控制功能配合使用。

具有料仓深度测量功能，可用于对未知深度的料槽进行槽深数据丈虽。

控制面板采用128X64 LCD多窗口中文显示（或其它语种）。

在自动测定功能中，具有“T”、“T1+T2”、“C”三种测定间隔时间选择，可以有效地防止溢料或空仓。
