       失重秤是一种连续给料的称重设备,由于失重控制在料仓中进行,可达到较高的控制精度。该系统给出料仓过程为密封结构,环保无污染,广泛应用于冶金、建材等微粒粉末物料的输送计量的控制。
1、失重秤计量原理称重料仓和称重给料螺旋安装在一起,形成料仓总成,该总成放置在称重传感器总成上,组成一个单独的计量装置,通过进、出物料软连接,使料仓总成与支承结构隔离,料仓的重量接受计量摔制系统的监视和控制。失重给料摔制系统将根据料仓总成的重量的减少,连续计算出投料晕,并将该投料晕与设定值进行比较,控制螺旋的速度,保证投料罩与设定值相同。投料控制连续工作,直到称重料仓总成的重量达到预设定的下限设定值。达到下限设定值时,称重仓上面的加料阀将自动打开,向称重料仓进行加料,加料系统将保持给料状态,直到称重仓总成的重晕达到预设定的上限设定值,此加料系统将关闭,开始新的失重控制周期。
